I need the smell of Summer, I need its Noises in my ear..

This winter has been BRUTAL. I am so sick of the winter-snow, cold, ice...its just not my season. Sometimes I think moving to California where its always 70 degrees would be a perfect fit for me, but a big part of me lovess the East Coast and the Big City! I would just loveee summer or at least spring to come sooner :)

It's a New Day!!!

Today, our 44th President was sworn into office. Our 44th President, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. Our 44th President, the first African American President. Our President, a brilliant man with pride, hope, and faith in our country to be all it can be and more. I am beyond excited for President Obama. I have never felt so much unity in a country built on the ideology that all men are created equal no matter our race, gender, or ethnicity. I am proud of America for using our God-given right to vote for the best President to lead us into better days. I am sooo proud to be an American.

Best of Luck President Barack Obama. America believes in you and will stand by you!

It truely is a new and GREAT day in history!!

GOD BLESS.

This must be it, Welcome to the New Year!

Helloo, This is my very first blog post. I could start off with a rant and rave about how I am terrified of starting my first real world job next week..however, I am going to try not to be a Debbie Downer from the start. But the reality is I am in fact starting a full time position with Westwood One- CBS Radio on Monday the 5th! I am very much excited to be moving up in the world. Yikes!

I cannot believe its 2009 already. 2008 was so strange for me. It flew by in the beginning and before I knew it the Class of 2008 was graduating from the University of Delaware. Seriously, senior year was gone in a blink. Then post graduation was a waiting game of trying to get hired and so that moved fairly slower. It definitely feels like I have graduated soooo long ago, when it was really just six months...but then again maybe that is a long time.

Whatever 2008 is done for now and 2009 is on its way. I hope this year bring you (and me) lots of success, happiness, peace and love.
